1. Overview
At Earhart Interiors, we take pride in designing and manufacturing bespoke, custom-made furniture and interior products tailored specifically to each client’s individual requirements. Because every item is uniquely produced to order and crafted to your chosen design, size, and finish, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once your order has been confirmed.
This policy is in place to reflect the personalised nature of our products, which cannot be resold or repurposed. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirming, and we remain available to provide guidance, samples, or clarification prior to production.
2. No Returns or Refunds
- Custom Orders: All products are made to order and customised to the specifications provided by the customer. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
- Deposits: Any deposit paid towards a bespoke order is strictly non-refundable. Deposits cover design, material sourcing, and initial production work which cannot be reversed.
- Final Balance: Once the final balance has been paid and production or delivery has commenced, no cancellations, refunds, or alterations can be made.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Although we do not accept returns for bespoke items, your statutory rights remain unaffected. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged or faulty:
- You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at info@earhartinteriors.com.
- Clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage will be required.
- We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Please note: damage caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, failure to follow care instructions, or general wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
4. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and a deposit paid, the order is considered binding. Due to the bespoke manufacturing process, cancellations are not possible once work has commenced.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To help avoid any issues, we kindly ask customers to:
- Carefully check all order confirmations for accuracy (dimensions, finishes, materials, etc.).
- Ensure access routes (doorways, hallways, stairwells) are suitable for delivery and installation of larger items.
- Follow our care and maintenance guidelines to preserve the longevity of your product.
