3. Orders

• All products are made-to-order and customised to the specifications provided by the customer.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all order details, including dimensions, finishes, and design requirements, are correct before confirming your order.
• Once an order is placed and a deposit paid, the order is considered binding and production will begin.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in [GBP or EUR] and include VAT (where applicable).
• A non-refundable deposit (percentage or fixed amount as specified in your order confirmation) must be paid at the time of ordering.
• The final balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection.
• Payments are accepted via approved payment methods (details provided at checkout or invoicing stage).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed and confirmed will not be affected.

5. Production & Lead Times

• Estimated production times are provided at the point of order but may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, or external factors.
• While we aim to meet agreed timelines, production and delivery dates are indicative only and not guaranteed.
• We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

6.  Delivery & Installation

• Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
• Customers must ensure that access routes (doorways, hallways, stairwells) are suitable for the delivery of large items.
• If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to restricted access or inaccurate information, we may charge additional fees for re-delivery or modifications.
• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible once an order has been placed.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of goods supplied that are faulty or not as described.
• Any concerns regarding faults or damages must be reported in writing to info@earhartinteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographic evidence.

8. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once a deposit has been paid and production has commenced.
• If cancellation is requested before production begins, any deposit paid remains non-refundable.

9. Product Variations

• As all products are handmade and crafted from natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of bespoke furniture.
• We recommend reviewing samples before placing an order to ensure satisfaction with finishes.

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, text, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Earhart Interiors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our products or website.
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, depending on the customer’s location. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
